Committee for the 100th birth anniversary of Atal Bihari Vajpayee, more than 100 leaders and celebrity

Preparations have been started to celebrate the 100th birth anniversary of the former Prime Minister of India and veteran Atal Bihari Vajpayee, who was a veteran leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party. The Government of India has formed a committee of more than 100 politicians and celebrities for the 100th birth anniversary of Atal ji. The chairman of this committee has been made the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi.

The notice issued by the Ministry of Culture, Government of India said- “To commemorate the 100th birth anniversary of late Atal Bihari Vajpayee, the competent authority has approved the formation of a high level committee. The structure of the high level committee is as follows:-

This national level committee will be mandated as follows:

i. For the commemoration of the 100th birth anniversary of the late Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee, policies/schemes, programs and supervision and guidance to them.

ii. Decision on general dates for a detailed program of the ceremony. The recommendations of the committee will be considered for implementation by the government which will be under the presidential rules, instructions and procedures.
