Village countryside style poha recipe

First step- To make this poha, you have to take 4-5 garlic buds, peel them. Now take 1 green chili, a small piece of ginger, a small onion chopped and cumin and grind all the things well. Add Kashmiri red chili powder, salt and chopped coriander to it and mix all the things once again. Poha’s spice is ready.

Second step- Now add oil to the pan. Add mustard seeds and peanuts and fry it. Add 7-8 curry leaves and add the prepared masala to the oil. After cooking the spices, mix a chopped tomato and a boiled potatoes and mix it.

Third step- Soak the poha with water first 1-2 times and wash it. Now remove all the water and leave the poha for 5 minutes to swell. In 5-7 minutes, Poha will swell and will also be soft. If the poha is a bit tough, then splash water on top of it. After 2 minutes, add soaked poha in spices and mix.
