Jio gave relief to flood affected customers of Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh and Himachal Pradesh, now these benefits will be given in plans
India’s leading digital service provider Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited (JIO) has today announced to further strengthen relief initiatives for heavy rains and flood-affected customers in Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh and Himachal Pradesh. As a leading role in India’s digital change, Jio is committed to providing world -class connectivity and supporting communities in every challenge, in line with a strong and associated Digital India’s approach.
Even under these adverse circumstances, Jio continues to provide significant connectivity in most parts of these areas. Jio understands how important the reliable connectivity is for access to emergency services, contact with family and necessary information. Keeping this in mind, Jio has announced these reliefs to ensure uninterrupted digital service during this period.
This week, prepaid mobiles and geohome customers’ plans are ending, they will automatically expand the validity of 3 days without any charge. Mobile customers will get unlimited voice calling and 2GB high-speed data per day without any additional fee or recharge, while Geohome customers will get 3 days additional benefit free according to their final valid plan.
Postpaid mobiles and geohome users will be given an additional 3 -day period (Grace period) for bill payment, which will continue without any interruption.
