New Delhi, November 7 (IANS). Nine year old Bhavik Garg, living in Rohini Sector-24, Delhi, has been selected in ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’ (KBC). He is a student of fifth class. Bhavik, as a junior participant in this show, faced the questions of ‘KBC’ by sitting on the hot seat in front of the megastar of the century, Amitabh Bachchan.
After this brilliant achievement of Bhavik, there is an atmosphere of happiness and pride in his family. He appeared in the 6th November episode and will also be seen in the 7th November episode.
Dr. S.K. Aggarwal and Dr. Priyanka’s son Bhavik was successful in reaching this prestigious show due to his hard work and ability. Bhavik cleared several rounds of interviews and ground auditions to participate in KBC. Bhavik Garg was one of the 10 students who were selected from among hundreds of students from various schools across the country.
Bhavik said in an exclusive conversation with IANS, “I can’t believe that I got selected in KBC and also came back after participating in it. My show has not been aired on TV yet. It will air soon. They randomly selected me and took a written test and then an interview. After that, after taking many other tests, I reached there. There were a total of 10 children there including me.”
Bhavik’s father Dr. SK Aggarwal said, “This is really a big achievement, because I had never even dreamed that something like this could happen. I think that’s a rare kind of accomplishment, and for us it was an opportunity of a lifetime. We were very fortunate that because of our child we went to Mumbai, met the megastar of the century, Amitabh Bachchan, and the whole experience was wonderful.”
He said, “If we talk about the contribution behind this, then first of all I think the contribution of teachers is very important. Without their support, nothing is possible. We also as parents should fully We had to support the child, and we were always with him as far as KBC was concerned, Bhavik himself answered all the questions, and I only got the information when I got a call from Mumbai that our child was grounded. After that we completely supported him and after the interview and many processes he was selected among the top 10 kids and it was a great experience. “Especially spending time with those kids.”
He further said, “I would like to sincerely thank the entire KBC team because they worked very hard on the child and prepared him perfectly. All this would not have been possible without them. When Bhavik performed on the show, especially in front of the megastar of the century, Amitabh Bachchan, he did very well. All this was the result of the hard work of the KBC team. Without them this entire process would not have been possible. You will see that Bhavik is performing brilliantly with a lot of confidence. The support we got from the KBC team and us in this was very important. This has boosted Bhavik’s confidence a lot, and he now feels more self-reliant and positive than ever before.”
