The Sabarmati Report: ‘The Sabarmati Report’ is one of the much awaited films of the year. Recently, a powerful teaser of this upcoming movie was released which gives a glimpse of a painful incident that happened in our history and shook the entire country. The film is being discussed all over the country, but because of this lead actor Vikrant Massey is also receiving threats.

Recently, at the trailer launch of The Sabarmati Report, when Vikrant Massey was asked about the threats he was receiving, he replied, “Yes, they have come and are coming. But as I said, we are actors. And speaking of stories, this film is completely based on truth”

During the press conference, Vikrant confessed that working on this film has been a challenge for him and he also received threats on DM (direct message), WhatsApp and SMS. The actor said, “Are you hacking my phone (laughs). You see my DMs. I am getting threats. This is something I am dealing with and we, as a team, collectively “Are dealing with it.”

This film is directed by Dheeraj Sarna and produced by Shobha Kapoor, Ekta R Kapoor, Amul V Mohan and Anshul Mohan. This film will be released worldwide by Zee Studios.
