Raipur. Mumbai Police has interrogated a person here for threatening to kill film actor Shahrukh Khan over phone.

When Mumbai’s Bandra Police traced the call, the phone number turned out to be from Raipur in Chhattisgarh. Police raided on the basis of location and found Faizan Khan. The police interrogated him for about two hours. Faizan Khan is an advocate by profession.

During this, Faizan told that his phone was lost on November 2, about which I have lodged a complaint at Khamhardih Police Station (Raipur). Two policemen from Mumbai along with the local police had come to my house. They interrogated me for about two hours in the Shahrukh Khan threat case. He told me that Shahrukh Khan has been threatened from your mobile and a ransom of Rs 50 lakh has been demanded. The caller also said that if the money was not given he would kill him.

He told that I told the policemen that my phone was lost on November 2. I am in the district court. On November 5, I was in the court, trace whoever has accessed my phone. Mumbai Police has given me a notice and called me to Mumbai for questioning on the 14th. I will go to Mumbai. I have fully cooperated with him.

He asked me where I was at that time, I told him that I was in the SP office. The police is investigating the matter I came to know about the matter when the policemen came home. I have lived in Mumbai before also. I am an advocate and used to work as an advocate there also.
