New Delhi: The drama inside the Bigg Boss 18 house has got intense with constant rivalries and fights errupting in the house. Now, in a new twist, this week’s Weekend Ka Vaar will not be hosted by superstar Salman Khan, who has been associated with show since its season four.
According to the reports, he is taking a short break from hosting Bigg Boss 18. This week, the Weekend Ka Vaar episode will be hosted by Ektaa Kapoor, who is set to grace the episode to promote her upcoming film The Sabarmati Report, and Rohit Shetty, who will be seen promoting Singham Again.
Why Salman Khan is not hosting Weekend Ka Vaar?
Actor Salman Khan is not hosting this week’s Bigg Boss 18: Weekend Ka Vaar episodes as he is occupied with shoot of his upcoming film, Sikander in Hyderabad. The actor is currently in Hyderabad amid heavy security, considering the death threats by the Lawrence Bishnoi gang.
Meanwhile, host Ektaa Kapoor will be seen scolding contestants for their behaviour in the house. She blatantly asked Vivian that she launched him in the industry with the show, Kasamh Se, but why is he always boasting about being in the industry for eight years? She further scolded him saying, “Toh kya! Kya ukadh liya aapne?” She then asked him if he had accomplished everything then why did he come to Bigg Boss 18? She is then seen schooling Chahat Pandey for using a ‘gender card’ in the house and clarifies that they all our ‘khiladis’ in the house and it doesn’t matter if that’s a woman or a man. Shen then scolds Rajat Dalal for going personal during fights with other housemates and using abusive language.
Well, overall, the upcoming episodes will be full of dhamaka for the viewers as Ektaa and Rohit are set to host the show this week.

Since the show started, Vivian Dsena and Rajat Dalal have been at loggerheads. Avinash Mishra also had multiple fights in the house. In a recent episode, Sara Khan lost her cool and called Eisha Singh the ‘babysister’ of Avinash and taunted her throughout the day.
