CM Vishnudev Sai paid tribute to late Gopal Vyas

Raipur. Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai on Thursday reached the residence of former Rajya Sabha MP late Gopal Vyas at his residence in Puraina and paid emotional tribute after seeing him last. Chief Minister Shri Sai met the bereaved family members and consoled them.

It is noteworthy that as per the wish of late Gopal Vyas, his mortal remains will be donated to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences. During this, Revenue Minister Tankram Verma, former Governor Ramesh Bais, MLA Vikram Usendi and public representatives were present.

On this occasion, Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai said that Shri Vyas was one of the pioneers of Chhattisgarh politics. He was a Rajya Sabha MP from Chhattisgarh state from 2006 to 2012. Shri Vyas ji was a great saint even though he was a householder. His simplicity and simplicity impressed everyone. The Chief Minister said that it was my good fortune that I got the opportunity to work with him. He always worked in the interest of the country and society. This is an irreparable loss for the country and the state.

Recalling the days spent with Vyas ji, Chief Minister Shri Sai (CM Vishnudev Sai) said that I got the opportunity to participate in programs with him on many occasions. Generally we start any program by cutting the ribbon, but Vyas ji used to say that I personally do not like it. Our work is not to cut but to connect.

On the demise of Shri Vyas ji, the Chief Minister (CM Vishnudev Sai) paid humble tribute and prayed to God to provide strength to the bereaved family.
