Teacher was resting by making students’ bags a pillow, BEO gave instructions for investigation

Palpal correspondent, Jabalpur. Today, there was a stir in a school in village Nandgram Majhauli located in Jabalpur of MP after the video of teacher Vinod Manjhi went viral. The teacher made the children’s bags a pillow and went to sleep. After the video went viral on social media, the education officer has ordered an investigation and action against the teacher.

According to sources, Vinod Manjhi, posted in the primary school located in village Nandgram Majhauli, came to school as usual. Who sent the children to play instead of teaching them. After this he himself took off his shirt and slept using the bag as a pillow. As soon as the news of teacher Vinod Manjhi sleeping in the class room was received, some people of the village reached there. Who made a video of the teacher sleeping and made it viral on social media. The video of the teacher sleeping became the talk of the town as soon as it was seen.

As soon as the news of this was received, the Block Education Officer said that complaints have been received against teacher Vinod Manjhi regarding assaulting children and not teaching them. Now another video of his is going viral on social media in which he is seen sleeping with his head on children’s bags. When notice was given to teacher Vinod Manjhi and his reply was sought, he said that he was unwell. BEO said that an investigation team has been formed in this matter. The report of the investigation team will be submitted to senior officials. After this further action will be taken.
