Major reshuffle in the police department in this district of Haryana, SP transferred SHOs of 4 police stations

There has been a major reshuffle in the police department in Rewari district of Haryana on 8 November 2024. Superintendent of Police (SP) Gaurav Rajpurohit has shifted the Station House Officers (SHOs) of four police stations in the district. In this change, an outpost incharge and cyber cell incharge have also been transferred. This step has been taken amidst the long standing discussions regarding transfer of police officers. According to the order of SP, SHOs of some other police stations may also be transferred soon. This change among the officers of the police department has been done with the aim of improving administrative and efficiency. This reshuffle in Rewari district of Haryana will not only make the police functioning effective but will also help in prevention of crimes. SP Gaurav Rajpurohit has taken this step so that the pace of work in the police department can be increased and the safety of the general public can be ensured.

Changes made by SP

Issuing the order, SP Gaurav Rajpurohit removed Inspector Krishna Kumar of Model Town police station and made Inspector Mukesh Chand, SHO of Kosli police station, in-charge of Model Town police station. After this change, Krishna Kumar will be posted as SHO in Kosli police station. This change has been made for better working system and crime control in the police department. Apart from this, Rampura police station in-charge Inspector Rajendra Kumar has been made the SHO of Sadar police station. In his place, SI Manish Kumar, posted in the CIA staff, has been appointed in-charge of Rampura police station. This change indicates that the police department is moving towards improving its operations and carrying out the tasks with a new approach.

Changes in police post and cyber cell also

This reshuffle in the police department was not limited to only the police stations, but changes have also been made in some posts and special branches. Sadar police station in-charge Rajneesh Kumar has been removed and given the post of Kanod Gate police post in-charge. Along with this, ASI Pintu posted at Kanod Gate police post has been transferred to the city police station. This transfer of police officers makes it clear that the police department is ready to improve its efficiency. After this change, the cyber cell was also reshuffled to further improve the working environment in the police department. SI Rajesh has been removed from the Crime Analysis Division and made in-charge of the Cyber ​​Cell. This step is expected to help in controlling cyber crimes and increase the activeness of the police department in this area.
