Disclosure from the accused of fraud outside Sriganganagar DTO

Under this, it is necessary to interrogate Dr. Harish. The situation on his role will be clear only after interrogating him. 1. Here, investigating officer ASI Dharamveer Meena has issued a letter to the District Transport Officer. In this, he has asked for all the data of driving licenses made and renewed from January to November 5, 2024. This record has been asked to be made available within two days. 2. Also, the clerk of the District Transport Officer’s office, who looks after the work of making and renewing new driving licenses in the office, has been called for questioning.

He has 23 to 26 years of experience as a transport agent. But seeing more earning in making health certificates instead of this work, he changed his profession. The arrested man, 55-year-old Manohar Sharma, son of Arjunlal, resident of street number 2 of Nehra Nagar, used to work as a middleman between government officials and applicants from the year 1999 to 2022 to get the work done like getting licenses of people done outside the Transport Officer’s office. After this he started making and giving health certificates in the name of Dr. Harish Mehta.
The second arrested was 58 year old Vinod Kumar, son of Ramprakash, resident of Vishnu Colony, street number 4, Basanti Chowk, who was doing brokerage outside the Transport Officer’s office from 1996 to 2022. After this he also went to Dr. Mahesh Mehta. Before starting brokerage in DTO in 1996, he was a manager at Mahavir Dal Mandir. He left the job and worked in readymade garments. He stopped that job and then worked at a shop. After this he started brokerage in DTO. And now he had started the business of issuing fake fitness certificates. Accused Manoharlal Sharma has studied till BA. The second accused Vinod Kumar has studied only till B.Com second year. He did not have the degree required to examine a person’s health. Nor did he have any diploma of DMLT i.e. Lab Technician. Despite this, these people were doing work with the qualification of MBBS doctors. It is noteworthy that on November 5, on the information of DSB, the police took action in DTO and arrested two fake doctors, whereas the doctor on whose seal the certificates were being made has not been revealed yet.
