Times have changed, now terrorists are afraid even in their own homes.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has cornered the opposition on the issue of terrorism and said that now terrorists feel unsafe even in their own homes, whereas in previous governments people felt unsafe due to terrorism. Prime Minister Modi, who was attending an event at a media organisation, also said that previous governments did vote bank and appeasement politics, but now we are ensuring that people’s faith in the government is restored.

Speaking at the event, the Prime Minister said that ‘he saw the reports related to 26/11 Mumbai attacks during an exhibition on Saturday. At that time terrorism used to scare people and people felt unsafe, but now times have changed and now only terrorists feel unsafe in their homes.
People’s aspirations are the basis of our policy’
In his address, the Prime Minister targeted the opposition and said that the previous governments did vote bank politics, whereas the present government is making efforts to restore people’s trust in the government. The Prime Minister said that the mantra of his government is government of the people, for the people. PM Modi said that today India is full of unprecedented aspirations and we have made these aspirations the basis of our policies. We have given gas connections for more than 70 years in the last 10 years.
The youth of the country are ready to take risks
PM Modi said that the governments after independence could not instill the enthusiasm among the people which was necessary to take risks. In the last 10 years, we have developed the risk-taking ability among the youth of the country. The result of this is that there are now 1.25 lakh registered startups in the country and now the youth are eager to make the country proud. Praising the cleanliness policy of his government, PM Modi said that construction of toilets has not only increased cleanliness in the country but it has also created a large number of employment.
