During an ongoing hearing in America, it was emphasized that Google should sell Chrome. Now why such a demand is being made is a big question. Google Chrome is the world’s largest browser and this is what is going against it. Google is accused of monopolizing the internet search industry. Now, to end this monopoly, it was demanded during the court hearing that Google should sell Chrome.
Demand to sell Chrome
Apart from this, even stricter demands have been made against Google. Appeal before the judge: The US Department of Justice (DOJ) has demanded Google to sell Chrome. A 23-page document has also been filed for this. Government lawyers involved in the DOJ urged District Judge Amit Mehta to stop Google from entering into an agreement with Samsung and Apple that would make Chrome the default on many smartphones.
