Dense fog alert in 4 districts of Haryana, weather will change due to new western disturbance becoming active tonight
Cold and fog continue to wreak havoc in Haryana. A new western disturbance is becoming active in the state from today. This western disturbance will affect both day and night temperatures. This will cause the temperature to drop.
Western disturbance will become active over the mountains from tonight. Due to this, there is a possibility of cold in the plains and rain and snowfall in the mountains.
The Meteorological Department has warned of fog in 4 districts of Haryana, Karnal, Kaithal, Kurukshetra and Panipat. There is a possibility of dense fog for two days in these 4 districts. Apart from this, due to western disturbance, there may be a change in the wind condition from tonight itself.
According to the Meteorological Department, the lowest temperature in Haryana has been recorded at 8.0 degrees in Hisar. The pollution situation in Haryana is continuously worsening. AQI has crossed 400 in 8 districts of Haryana.

Grape 4 has been implemented to reduce pollution in NCR. The pollution situation is worsening in other areas of Haryana also. AQI has crossed 400 in Sirsa and Hisar.
Where administrative orders are not being followed. There has been no change in the timings of schools. Most of the private schools are starting at 8 am whereas the government has changed the school timings from November 15. Due to this, children are facing the brunt of pollution and cold.
