Trump had announced Matt Gaetz’s name for this post a week ago. Pam served as the Attorney General of Florida, America’s third most populous state, from 2011 to 2019. During the first term of Trump’s presidency, she also held an important position in his cabinet.
According to The New York Times, Matt Gaetz suddenly announced his appointment as Attorney General yesterday. His acquaintances were surprised by his announcement. Actually, Gaetz is facing many serious allegations like sexual misconduct. However, he is calling these allegations baseless. After Matt Gaetz’s withdrawal, Trump announced Pam’s name in a social media post saying that she has extensive experience. She took a tough stance on crime as Florida’s first female Attorney General.

Matt is also accused of having sexual relations with a 17-year-old minor. He has been accused of paid sex.
