Story- This story was narrated by Lord Krishna to Maharaj Yudhishthira. According to the legend of conversion/ Padma Ekadashi, there was a demon called Bali in Tretayuga. He was my best devotee. Shri Krishna started saying- I (Vamana Roopadhari Brahmachari) pleaded with three steps and said- I am like three worlds and O Rajan, you must give it to you. Those who methodically observe this Ekadashi fast, they are freed from sins and are published in heaven and get fame. Those who read or hear this sinful story, they get Vaikuntha and get fruits like thousand Ashwamedha Yajna, Vajpayee Yajna.
