Nina Gupta told that after watching the cricket match, she met Vivian at dinner. They soon got mixed up but then their contact was lost. Later they met again at Delhi Airport and started meeting each other. Then the closeness between the two increased. During this, Nina became pregnant.

Nina wrote in her book, Vivian and I had an affair and I became pregnant. When I came to know, he had already returned home, some people advised me to get abortion. Others warned of hazards of being a single parent. I heard everyone’s words. I know they were all worried. But once I came back home and were alone, I asked myself- what do you think? How does it make you feel? The answer was- I woke up happily.

He said, I understood that this decision is not just mine, because someone else was part of it. Baby’s father Vivian also had equal rights. I called them one day and told that I am pregnant. If I give birth to your baby, will you have any problem?

Nina said that Vivian was very happy to hear this and he talked about keeping baby. Then I felt that I was doing it right. I wanted my child, but not without my father’s will. So when Vivian’s support was received, I was happy.

Nina quietly thought and realized that she was really happy with pregnancy. He told Vivian Richards that he had no problem giving birth to his child. He said, ‘I also understood that I was not alone who was thinking about it. The child’s father Vivian was also worried. So I called him one day and talked to him for a long time.

Nina said that after the birth of Masaba, Vivian was as much as it was. He was married and because he lived in different countries, his relationship was not easy and changed over time. It was a long distance and very different relationship.
