What happens by drinking mango juice and carry pan, drinking together?
Aamras and aam panna: As soon as the summer season arrives, mangoes are overshadowed. Every street, every nook and every household, mango juice and raw mango, are drunk with great fervor. Both beverages are wonderful in taste, cooling and full of energy. But often a question comes in the minds of people, is it right to drink both mango juice (mango juice) and Aam Panna together or in the same day? Can it cause any health problems or do they benefit the body? In this article, we will know in detail what are the effects of drinking these two together and what is the scientific logic behind them.
Mango juice is made by mixing mango, milk or water, and sometimes honey or sugar. This juice is not only excellent in taste, but it contains nutrients like vitamins A, C, E and potassium, magnesium. It gives energy to the body as well as strengthens the immune system. Its intake removes dehydration in summer and does not feel tired. But the thing to note is that ripe is warm by common nature and can cause heat in the body by taking more quantity. In such a situation, when it is mixed with cold milk, it makes balance.
At the same time, Kerry Panna is prepared from raw mango, in which cumin, black salt, mint, dry ginger and jaggery/sugar are added. It is considered a drink from Ayurvedic perspective to save a great heat. Its nature is cold and it balances body temperature. It helps to protect against heat, digestion and maintain electrolyte balance. If Kerry Panna is consumed in the afternoon, it is very helpful in keeping the body cool from inside.
Drinking both together, right or wrong?
1. Taseer: Mango juice is hot, while Kerry Panna is cold. When both are drunk together or in a short time interval, the balance of taseer in the body may deteriorate. This may directly affect the digestive system, which can cause gas, indigestion or acidity problems.
2. Digestive issues: Both drinks affect the digestive system. While mango juice is heavy, Kerry Panna is light and digestive. Consumption of simultaneous consumption has sometimes seen problems like diarrhea or stomach irritation, especially among those whose digestive power is weak.
3. Overload of sugar content: Both drinks are high in sugar, whether natural or added. Drinking both of them in a single day can increase blood sugar, which can be dangerous for diabetic patients.
Therefore, consume both mango juice and carry pan, but in the right time and quantity. If you have drunk mango juice in the morning, Kerry Panna can be taken in the evening. Keep a difference of at least 4–5 hours between the two drinks so that the body gets time to digest both. If someone has stomach related problems or heat is high, then take mango juice in limited amounts and easy to digest (eg with milk).
