Bollywood actress Lara Dutta has broken a mountain of sorrows. The actress’s father retired wing commander L.K. Dutta died at the age of 84. Lara Dutta along with her husband Mahesh Bhupathi attended her father’s funeral in Mumbai on Saturday.
The reason for the death of Lara Dutta’s father has not been revealed at the moment nor any official statement has been released by the family.
Lara Dutta gave father LK two weeks ago. Dutta’s 84th birthday was celebrated. The actress shared a post on her Instagram in which she stated that on May 12, her father’s birthday was as well as the 25th anniversary of her becoming Miss Universe.
Lara Dutta told in an interview that her father had been Indira Gandhi’s personal pilot for many years. Lara Dutta last appeared in the 2021 film Bell Bottom. She will now be seen in the multistarrer film Welcome to the Jungle.
