The estimated budget of the film is said to be 90 to 120 crores. Looking at the box office collection, it would not be wrong to say that the film has done well than its budget and it seems to be in the category of “hit”. Especially, given that recently some more films like Kajol’s ‘Maa’ and South’s film ‘Kannappa’ have also been released at the box office, with which “Stars Zameen Par” had to compete. Despite this, Aamir Khan’s film maintained its grip.

Some reports also said that Aamir Khan had decided to release the film only in theaters and there was no immediate plan for OTT release, which also benefited the film. The audience preferred to see this emotional story on the big screen.

But Aamir will be in profit or in disadvantages, not to release on OTT and release on YouTube, it cannot be said. It is possible that he may be more than YouTube than OTT and at the same time he can show the film in theaters for a long time.
