Leaders of AAP caught in trouble.
The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and their leaders are going to have difficulties. The Enforcement Directorate i.e. ED has registered a case of money laundering in the three different scams of the Aam Aadmi Party during the government in Delhi. Hospital Construction-ECIR has been lodged in CCTV-Shelter Home scam. According to the information, soon summons can be sent by the ED to the big leaders of the Aam Aadmi Party.
Hospital construction scam (₹ 5,590 crore)
In this case, the role of former Health Minister Saurabh Bhardwaj and Satyendra Jain is in questions. The Delhi government approved 24 hospital projects in 2018-19. ICU Hospital was to be built in 6 months, but even after 3 years, work is incomplete.
- ₹ 800 crore spent, but only 50% work was done.
- The cost of LNJP hospital increased from 488 crores to 1,135 crore.
- In many places, without approval construction, the role of contractors suspected.
- HIMS system is pending since 2016, allegations of deliberately avoiding.
CCTV scam (₹ 571 crore)
In 2019, a project to install 1.4 lakh CCTV cameras started in 70 assembly constituencies of Delhi. BEL got the contract, but the work was not done on time. A fine of 17 crores was imposed on the BEL, but was later waived without reason. It is alleged that in return, Satyendra Jain was given a bribe of 7 crores, through contractors.
Dusib scam (₹ 207 crore)
- Many scams related to Dusib (Delhi Urban Shelter Board) have come out.
- Rigging ₹ 207 crore through fake FDR.
- Road scam of ₹ 15 lakh in Patel Nagar.
- The work shown in fake paper and lockdown is accused of taking salary in the name of ₹ 250 crore shelter home scam scam Ghost worker, money leaders in the commission.
Action can be started soon
According to the information revealed, CBI and ACB are also investigating all these cases. Based on his FIR, the ED has registered a case of money laundering. Soon Aam Aadmi Party leaders may be questioned and raids may be conducted.
