Abhimanyu Ishwaran’s father broke silence, raging badly when not found a place in Team India; Gambhir gave comfort

Abhimanyu Ishwar’s father Ranganathan Parameswaran Ishwaran said while talking on Vickey Lalwani’s YouTube channel, “Abhi was angry because he was not chosen. When I called him, he said that Papa did not find a place again.”
The father further explained how Ishwaran will now shift his attention to domestic cricket. Parameshwaran Ishwaran said, “He will go to Bengaluru to prepare for the Dilip Trophy, spend 10-12 days, then a little Dehradun will return and then he will go back. He was confused, but he said that I lived my dream for 23 years and not being selected in 1-2 matches will not break it.”
Gautam Gambhir gave comfort
Abhimanyu’s father further explained how Team India’s head coach Gautam Gambhir comforted him. The father said, “Gambhir told Abhimanyu that you are doing the right things. You will get a chance and a long race. I am not the one that I will take you out after 1-2 matches. The whole coaching team comforted him that he would get their rights.”
