Adi Aadesh’s vigorous batting did not work, Central Cricket Club won the match in a tough match
Lucknow, 20 November (HS). Central Cricket Club defeated Young Challenger by one run amid tough competition in B Division of Babu Banarsidas Cricket League. In this match, Young Challenger captain Adesh Shukla batted brilliantly and scored 81 runs on 51 balls. Whereas in A Division, Indian XI defeated Kuh by five runs.
Central Cricket Club batted first and scored 212 runs. Himanshu Sharma made the maximum contribution of 65 runs in his team. Whereas Ankit scored 61 runs on 51 balls. Satyam contributed 32 runs. Whereas Young Challenger’s team could score only 226 runs and lost the match by one run. Team captain Adi Adesh scored 81 runs on 51 balls with the help of nine fours and two sixes.
In the second match, Indian XI scored 201 runs after losing seven wickets in 32 overs. Opener Rachit was out after scoring only 10 runs. Brijendra contributed the maximum 81 runs to his team. Whereas Manu Raja scored 46 runs. Kuoh’s team could score only 196 runs and Indian XI won the match by five runs.
