New Delhi: Budget carrier SpiceJet launched a festive sale offering a flat 10 per cent discount on flight tickets. Travellers may book flights and enter the coupon code ‘FESTIVE’ in checkout to avail of the flat discount. The discount is available on travel bookings made between October 20, 2023 and November 24, 2023, until 11:59 pm. It is applicable on tickets booked for travel for the dates November 1, 2023 to March 30, 2024.

Passengers may avail of additional discounts up to 30 per cent on SpiceJet’s premium offering SpiceMax, preferred seat bookings, meals and You 1st.

What is You 1st?
- You 1st is the priority check-in service offered by budget carrier SpiceJet.
- It can be availed up to 1 hour prior to domestic departures and up to 3 hours prior to international departures.
- The service includes priority boarding on jets and preferred bag out.
- You 1st may be availed for Rs 499 on domestic flights and Rs 699 for international flights.
- The fee is refundable on cancellation.

What is SpiceMax?
It entails extra fare charged over and above the regular air fare by SpiceJet for:
- Priority check in
- Priority baggage
- Priority boarding
- Extra leg room
- Meal with beverage
The SpiceMax charge for domestic flights starts at Rs 799 and for international flights, it starts at Rs 1,599. Travellers can avail up to 50 per cent off on SpicemAx using the code SMAX50 until November 15, 2023.

Offer details
- The flat 10 per cent discount is only valid on domestic, direct one-way flights
- The offer is not valid on special fares
- Offer will not apply on blackout dates — high rush dates such as festivals
- The offer is valid on bookings made via the SpiceJet website, mobile site, and app.
- A flat 25 per cent discount is available on SpiceMax, seats, meals, and You 1st on a first come first serve basis on bookings made via SpiceJet
- App-based and m-site bookings are eligible for up to 30 per cent flat discount on these services
- This offer is valid from October 27 to November 24, 2023
- It is valid for travel between November 1, 2023 and March 30, 2024.
