Preity Zinta recently attended an event in the Army Women’s Welfare Association. He has shared a video of this event on his social media account. In this video, she is seen addressing the families of the army.
Preeti said in her speech, our Indian Army is not only mighty but also very brave, but more brave and mighty are the family of all. This is a very small gift from our side.
Preeti wrote in the caption with this video, when I was going towards the auditorium of the South Western Command of the Indian Army, I saw posters of army officers and soldiers who won different bravery prizes. Some gave their lives for our country, while some returned from the battlefield with wounds. These people were husband, son, brother and father. They are part of our armed forces and they sacrificed their tomorrow!

She further wrote, in the program I met the women who would remember these loved ones every day and every moment. I met his children and saw his smile. There was no complaint, there were no tears – only pride, power and sacrifice. There was so much bravery in that auditorium that I became humble beyond words. It was really an honor for me to share the stage with these brave women and their families.
Preeti wrote, I brought a small contribution to your service and thanks for your sacrifice. I wanted them to know that they had not been forgotten and we would always be indebted to him.
