It is being told that former Gujarat Chief Minister Vij Rupani was also present in the aircraft that was victim of the accident. The plane crash was so terrible that it turned into small pieces as soon as the explosion occurred. According to the information, the aircraft was blowing the Captain Samit Sabkarwal. Sumit has a LTC experience of about eight and a half thousand hours. Sumit’s co-pilot was Clive Kundar who had more than a thousand hours of experience. According to the air traffic controller, Captain Sumit Sabbarwal had called Mayday immediately after the taxoff.
According to ATC, Air India flight AI 171 flew from Ahmedabad at 1.39 pm. The aircraft flew from runway number 23. The emergency response teams immediately reached the spot after the plane crash and started immediate rescue. According to government sources, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah have left for Ahmedabad.
