Hamas claimed on his telegram channel that he had ambushed the Israeli soldiers hiding inside a residential building in the area. Hamas’s military branch Al-Kasim Brigade said on his telegram channel that he attacked Israeli soldiers hidden inside a residential building in South Gaza Strip. Hamas said that Yasin was killed and others were injured due to 105 missiles and another missile. Al-Kasim’s fighters then targeted the building with machine guns. It is not clear whether these two incidents are the same.

Recently, Gaza’s Health Ministry had said that 56,156 people have died in Gaza in Israeli’s 21 -month military operation. The number of injured is beyond one lakh.
