Air India To reduce the problems related to operations, it will change its 26 old Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner aircraft electronic devices and other important parts to install new devices and other parts. The airline company of Tata Group shared this information on Sunday. Let us tell you that in recent times, the airline company has faced problems related to operations in some of its aircrafts including Dreamliner.

Renovation of Air India Dreamliner begins

Air India’s Dreamliner aircraft was examined, including an investigation into the fuel switch. Air India has earlier started renovation of ‘Legacy Dreamliner’, which was sent in July 2025 to a plant in Boeing in Victorville, California. Air India said in a statement on Sunday, “A second aircraft is going to leave for the same plant in October 2025 and both are expected to return to service in December 2025.”

Air India flight fell victim to an accident on 12 June

The same year, Air India flight from Ahmedabad to London on June 12 crashed a few minutes after the take-off. 241 out of 242 passengers and crew members were killed in this horrific accident. The aircraft collided with a building outside the airport, due to which many people present in the building lost their lives in this accident. Since that accident, Air India accelerated its aircraft investigation and also took a minor problem seriously. The company did not compromise with any problems of its aircraft, due to which they had to cancel many flights.

All international flight service will start from October 1

Air India had reduced its international flights on a large scale after the accident. However, the company is now going to start its international service once again. Air India had told on 6 August that it would start all its international flight service once again from 1 October.
