The viral video has the behavior of the employees, it is against our company’s policy. We have taken strict disciplinary action against the responsible people.

DGCA removed 3 Air India officers after the accident
On June 21, DGCA ordered Air India to remove 3 officers. These included Divisional Vice President Chuda Singh, Crew Scheduling Chief Manager Pinky Mittal and Crew Scheduling Planning Planning.
This action was taken against the three officers for serious violations of the aviation safety protocol. DGCA ordered Air India to remove them from the rolls associated with crew scheduling and rosling with immediate effect.
