Airtel down: Millions of mobile users of Airtel are facing difficulty in using internet. Users of Delhi and NCR got upset due to Airtel’s service down. There is neither a call coming on their number nor they are able to call. Many users have shared its information on social media.

According to the report of Downdetector, Airtel users were facing a problem of connectivity from 4:04 pm. More than 2,300 users have reported this complaint about Airtel’s mobile service. Apart from Delhi-NCR, users of many other cities of the country have also reported a problem in service. However, most of the users reported are from Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurugram and Faridabad.

The company apologizes

The country’s second largest telecom company said in its statement, ‘We are currently doing network outage experience and actively working to fix it. We apologize to our users for the inconvenience caused by this.

Many users have also reported a problem in Airtel’s service on social media platforms. Users are especially having trouble in doing voice calling and SMS. However, many users also stated that Airtel’s internet is also not working properly. However, Airtel’s broadband service has not been affected. Airtel Xstream Fiber users have not made any reports about the service.

The problem of Airtel’s mobile service was started by many users from 3:30 pm. Users are facing difficulty in using Airtel’s service till the news is written.
