Airtel users have reported the problem in service on Downdetetor. Airtel’s service had a problem at 12:11 pm, which has been reported by more than 6,815 users. According to the report, most of the users from Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad and Kolkata have posted about the problem of Airtel’s service. At the same time, users have also reported about the problem of Airtel’s service on social media platform X.
The company apologizes
Airtel Cares has also confirmed that users are facing problems due to technical glitter. The telecom company said that the team is trying to fix it. This problem will go away in 1 hour. Apart from this, the company has also apologized from the users for the problem of service.
Last week too, users of many cities of the country, including Delhi-NCR, reported the problem in mobile service. The company had also apologized to the users for the problem of service. Airtel was neither a call or SMS coming on the users’ number nor was he able to make any call or message. Many users were also reported to have problems in internet service.
Can do this work
If there is a problem in calling your Airtel number or sending SMS, then turn on the airplane mode of your phone and then turn it off again. By doing this, the network will be refreshed and the problem of calling or SMS will go away. Apart from this, users can also switch off and turn on their phone.
