Ajay Devgan’s Red 2 explosion at the box office, attracted audiences without action and songs

Bollywood star Ajay Devgan’s much awaited film Red 2 (RAID 2) has made a bang at the box office. Released on Thursday, the film has collected Rs 73.83 crore in just four days, which is a big achievement in itself. The collection from Thursday to Sunday remained like this:

• Thursday: 19.71 crore rupees

• Friday: 13.05 crores

• Saturday: Rs 18.55 crore

• Sunday: 22.52 crores

Sunday’s collection was the biggest single-day figure of this film.

Right speed than first part

It is worth noting that while the first ‘RAID’ in 2018 earned a total of Rs 63.05 crore in its first week, while RAID 2 has crossed this figure in just 4 days.

Without spice, without action, without music, still hit

Ajay Devgan’s film is neither full of high octane action, nor any big music element nor spicy dialogues. Despite this, the audience has adopted it openly. Be it multiplexes or single screen theater, good crowds of audiences were seen everywhere.

Now eyes on Monday

After the success of the Extended Weekend, now everyone’s eyes are on Monday’s collection. If the film holds the grip, then it can move towards the club of Rs 100 crore in a week.
