Allottees encroached on common area in Sector-21 and 25

Noida News: Under the ‘Noida Aapke Dwar’ program run by Noida Authority, Noida Authority officials held a meeting with representatives of Sector-21 A and Sector-25 RWAs. In the meeting, RWA officials of both the sectors put forward the problems of their respective sectors before the officials of the authority. RWAs of both the sectors complained that there has been encroachment in the common area by the allottees of most of the buildings in Sector-21 and 25. This encroachment should be removed by the authority.

In the meeting held under the program ‘Noida Aapke Dwar’ of Noida Authority, water logging during rainy season in Sector-21, resurfacing of the road of C Block behind Bal Bharti School in Sector-21, potholes on the main road in Sector-25 were discussed. Due to repair, the wall built towards the main drain in Sector-21 and 25 has come down due to the construction of the drain, due to which anti-social elements can come into the sector. In view of this, fencing will be done on the walls towards the main drain, cuts will be made in the central verge in front of Gate No. 2 of Sector-25 to facilitate the arrival of traffic and survey will be done at the places where water harvesting is required in both these sectors. Along with this, RWA officials said that in both the sectors, most of the allottees have encroached on the common area in front of the building due to which the residents of the sector face a lot of trouble. Therefore the authority should remove the encroachment in the common area. In the meeting held during the program ‘Noida Aapke Dwar’, complaints related to gardens, water, sewer, cleanliness, electricity and Noida Traffic Cell were also registered. The RWA official demanded that a station for charging electronic vehicles should be built in Sector-21 and 25. General Manager (Water), Senior Manager, Deputy Director Horticulture, Management and other staff of Noida Authority, Chairman and General Secretary of Sector-121 and 25 RW and other sector residents were present in the meeting.
