Domestic airline company IndiGo said on Friday that it would temporarily cancele the flights for Almaty and Tashkent due to the aircraft operating limit barriers after the Pakistan aircraft is shut down for Indian airline companies. According to PTI news, Indian airlines flying west side have been forced to take a long route due to the shutdown of the aircraft.

Cancel will remain till which date

The airline said in the statement that with similar restrictions and limited redirection options, unfortunately Almaty and Tashkent are out of the operational limit of Indigo’s current fleet. Flights for Almati will be canceled from April 27 from 27 April and flights for Tashkent from 28 April to 7 May. In the statement, the airline said that we are sorry for the inconvenience to our customers and we assure them that we are considering all options to reduce the disruption.

This obligation is with the aircraft with narrow body

According to the news, aircraft with narrow body cannot fly for a long time. It is worth noting that IndiGo operates aircraft with airbus narrow body for Almaty and Tashkent. Obviously, the airline has taken this decision due to this special reason. IndiGo said that long sectors would be required for international routes to be operated. In such a situation, some minor schedule may be subject to adjustment.

Pakistan will not be able to use air space

Amid the increasing tension between India and Pakistan due to the Pahalgam terror attack, Pakistan stopped Indian airlines from using their aircraft on Thursday. This airspace cannot be used by a aircraft registered in India as well as a planes owned by Indian operators or leased.
