What did the court decide?
In fact, the US federal court said in its judgment that President Donald Trump has no legal right to impose heavy tariffs on almost all countries. The court had said that Trump was not allowed to declare Trump’s National Inmergency and to impose tariffs on almost all countries. However, the court has not immediately canceled the tariffs imposed by Donald Trump on various countries and allowed the Trump administration to appeal to the Supreme Court. The President has pledged to do the same.
President Donald Trump has also resolved to go to the Supreme Court against the decision. Trump wrote, “If it is allowed to remain like this, then this decision will really ruin America.” At the same time, the White House spokesperson has informed that “Trump has acted legally and we expect a final victory in the matter.”
