Apart from this, the number of employees in the High Commission will be reduced from 55 to 30. This decision will be effective from May 1.

  • The Indus Water Treaty of 1960 will be prevented with immediate effect until Pakistan reliably leaves its support for cross -border terrorism.
  • Attari Integrated Checkposts are being closed with immediate effect. Those who have crossed the border with Valid Indoresment can return from that route before 1 May 2025.
  • Pakistani citizens will not be allowed to travel to India under the SAARC Visa Rebate Scheme. Any speres visa issued to Pakistani citizens in the past will be considered canceled. Any Pakistani citizen present in India currently has 48 hours to leave India under the SPES visa.
  • Defense, military, Navy and air advisors are being declared unwanted individuals at the Pakistani High Commission in New Delhi. They have a week to leave India.
  • India will withdraw its defense, Navy and air advisors from the Indian High Commission in Islamabad. These posts are considered canceled in the concerned highways.

Foreign Secretary Vikram Egyptian told the press conference- “The Cabinet Committee on Security Affairs (CCS) has reviewed the security situation. Along with this, all the forces (armies) have been asked to maintain vigilance at the high level. People will continue to search for people who have carried out terrorist acts or have conspired to make them possible. ” He also said that this terrorist attack has been carried out due to successful elections, economic growth and development in Jammu and Kashmir.
