It is made by mixing many dry fruits and spices. For this reason it is rich in nutritious elements. Its taste makes it dear to every heart. Material

1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp nutmeg powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp dry ginger powder
1/4 cup almonds
1/4 cup cashew nuts
1/4 cup walnuts
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup pistachios
1/4 cup dry coconut (finely chopped)
2 tbsp ghee
75 grams paneer (cut into squares)
1/2 cup sugar
3 tbsp water

Method

To make Kashmiri Shufta, soak all the dry fruits except coconut balls in water for at least an hour. Put the pan on the gas. Add ghee in it. When the ghee becomes hot, add chopped pieces of paneer to it and fry it until it turns light golden. Now take it out in a separate plate. Fry the chopped coconut balls in the remaining ghee and take them out in a plate. Now take out the dry fruits from the water and dry them lightly by placing them on a cloth. After this, put it in ghee and fry it. Now add sugar to it and cook. Add water and all the spices and mix well. Cook it until the sugar dissolves completely. Add coconut balls and cheese in it and cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Kashmiri Shufta is ready.
