US Secretary of State Marco Rubio has said that India and the US will ‘work together’ will face today’s modern challenges and ensure a bright future for the two countries. He has described the historical relations between New Delhi and Washington as important and far -reaching.
Rubio congratulates Independence Day
Rubio on Friday greeted the people of India on behalf of America on the occasion of India’s Independence Day. Rubio said in his message, “Historical relations between the world’s largest democracy and the world’s oldest democracy are important and far -reaching. Working together, America and India will face today’s modern challenges and will ensure a bright future for the two countries.
Rubio also mentioned the Indo-Pacific region
Marco Rubio said that the two countries are united from our shared perspective to the more peaceful, prosperous and safe Indian region and extends to the partnership industries between India and the US. This partnership promotes innovation, leads to the boundaries of important and emerging technologies, and extends to space.
American MP also warned Trump
Meanwhile, let us also tell here that, recently US MP Gregory Mikes had advised Trump about the tariff imposed on India. US MP Gregory Mikes had said that this tariff of Trump can damage the US-India strategic partnership for the dictatorship for years. Mikes had said that there is deep strategic, economic and social relations between the US and India. In such a situation, any dispute or concern should be resolved with mutual respect under democratic values.
