Apple Appoints Indian Origin: Apple (Apple) Inc. has appointed Sabih Khan of Indian origin as Chief Operating Officer (COO). The iPhone manufacturer company said in a statement that Apple Sevarat Khan (58) in Apple is currently senior vice-president. Born in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh: In 1995, before joining Apple, he worked as ‘Application Development Engineer’ and major ‘account technical leader’ in GE Plastics. Khan was born in 1966 in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh. He did his schooling in Singapore before settling in America. Khan has played important roles in the company for nearly 3 decades. In 2019, he was made the Senior Vice President (Operations) of the company. In the last 6 years, he has led to Apple’s global supply chain and has overseeing Planning, Purchase, Manufacturing, Logistics and Products. (Language)
