TRAI’s new online portal

TRAI has given great relief to crores of mobile users to the country. If you are not happy with any service of Airtel, Jio, Vodafone Idea or BSNL, then you can complain to the Direct TRAI i.e. telecom regulator. For this, the telecom regulator has launched a Centralized online portal. TRAI has named this portal as TccMS i.e. Telecon Consumer Complaint Monitoring System. Through this portal, users will not have to Google the number of service providers to make their complaint. Users can also complain to telecom service providers as well as broadband service providers on this portal.

TRAI has given information about this new Centralized online portal from its X handle. In its post, TRAI wrote that you can seek the help of this Complaint Center for the complaint of your telecom service providers.

  • Online portal of TRAI for this will go on.
  • From the list given there, your telecom or internet service providers will have to be selected.
  • After this you select your kingdom.
  • Then choose the district where you are taking service.
  • Here you will get an official helpline number to complain against the service provider. You can make your complaint through the given helpline number.

Many times users could not get the correct number of service providers to make complaints related to their service. This online portal will provide the helpline number of all the telecom service providers in the country to the same Joh users.

Emphasis on quality of service

The telecom regulator and the Department of Telecommunications are emphasizing on the quality of service since last year, so that users can get better facilities. Last year, TRAI has implemented a new DLT system to curb spam calls and fake marketing calls. A provision has also been made for heavy action for not following this new system, including a fine ranging from the cancellation of service license to lakhs of rupees.
