Hartalika Teej Puja Timings: After Hariyali Amavasya in Shravan month, Teej of Shukla Paksha is celebrated on the day of Hariyali Teej and then on the day of Teej on the day of Teej of Bhadau i.e. Shukla Paksha of Bhadrapada. During this time, women keep fast and worship Shiva and Mother Parvati and worship. According to the English calendar, the festival of Hartalika Teej will be celebrated on 26 August 2025 Tuesday.

At what time do you worship?
First worship: 05 am or in Brahma Muhurta or between 11 to 12 in the morning.
Second Puja: Between 06:36 to 07:45 pm.
Third Puja: Between 11:56 to 12:42 pm.
Fourth Puja: Between 02:30 to 03:30 pm.
Fifth Puja: Visarson and Parana after the next day at 05 am or after worship in Brahma Muhurta.
Note: There is a difference of 2 to 5 minutes in the time of worship local time.
According to Hinduism, there are eight stroke in 24 hours, including day and night. On an average, one Prahar is three hours or seven and a half hours which consists of two Muhurta. One Prahar is a decreased 24 minutes. The four strokes of the day include the midday, midday and evening and the four Prahar- Pradosh, Nishith, Triyama and Usha.
