Ather energy IPO: Electric two-wheeler maker Ather Energy IPO is going to shut down today. This IPO was opened on Monday, April 28, which is the last day on 30 April. The company has fixed a price band of Rs 304 to Rs 321 for each stock with a face value of Rs 1 under its IPO. Ather Energy wants to raise a total of Rs 2981.06 crore from its IPO, for which a total of 9,28,67,945 shares will be issued. Of these, 8,18,16,199 fresh shares worth Rs 2626.30 crore will be shared, while 1,10,51,746 shares worth Rs 354.76 crore will be released by OFS by the company’s promoters.

IPO has been subscribed only 0.30 times till 10.07 am

Investors are not showing interest in Ather Energy IPOs at all. According to NSE data, this IPO has received a total subscription by 10.07 am today. However, an increase in its subscription can be seen until the IPO is closed. Let us tell you that after the closure of the IPO today, the shares will be allotted on Friday, May 2. Investors who do not get shares will be refunded on 5 May. Share will be credited to investors’ account on 5 May itself. Finally, on May 6, the company will list on both major exchanges of the Indian stock market BSE and NSE.
