Firing on fire fighters in Idaho, USA
Bois: There has been a gruesome incident in the US once again. Firefighters ambushed by gunmen who were trying to control the fire in a mountainous area of North Idaho, killing at least 2 people. After this attack, there has been chaos in the entire area. There is also news of an employee being injured in the attack. Idaho’s Governor Brad Little described it as a heinous attack.
Know when the attack took place?
The Kootenai County Sheriff Office said that the employees reached the spot after the fire on ‘Canfield Mountain’, in response to Koyur D’Allen. Employees were engaged in the fire extinguishing the fire. Sheriff Bob Noris said that according to officials, 2 people killed in this shelling were firefighters. Noris said that he is not aware of whether anyone else was shot or not.
‘People are scared’
Noris said in a press conference, “We don’t know how many suspects are there and there is no information about the number of casualties there.” Sheriff said that people are scared and are still coming down from the hill, so it is estimated that “there may still be some people trapped.”
