B.Ed college will be opened in Balodabazar: CM Vishnudev Sai
Raipur. Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai, while performing the bhoomi pujan and inaugurating various development works at the Dussehra ground in Balodabazar district on Friday, announced the opening of a B.Ed college in Balodabazar and the construction of a transport city.
Chief Minister Sai (CM Vishnudev Sai) inaugurated and performed Bhoomi Pujan of several development works worth Rs 60 crore 20 lakh for Balodabazar-Bhatapara district in the program. Out of these works, bhumi pujan of 16 development works costing Rs 32 crore 32 lakh was done and 32 development works costing Rs 27 crore 88 lakh were inaugurated. On this occasion, Revenue Minister Tankram Verma, Industries Minister Lakhanlal Dewangan, MP Kamlesh Jangde and MLA Guru Khushwant Saheb were also present.
In the programme, the Chief Minister (CM Vishnudev Sai) handed over house approval letters to 2100 beneficiaries and house keys to 51 beneficiaries out of the houses sanctioned under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. He presented certificates of honor to 51 youth under the “Hum Honge Kamyab Abhiyaan” run in this district. In the program, the farmers expressed their gratitude to Chief Minister Sai by presenting him Tukni and Parra filled with paddy for purchasing paddy at Rs 3100 per quintal and 21 quintal per acre.
Along with Rs 1 lakh 20 thousand per house under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Rural, Rs 21,870 for wages for 90 days from MNREGA and Rs 12 thousand for toilets from Swachh Bharat Mission are being spent. In this way, Rs 1 lakh 53 thousand 870 is being given per house. Today, Bhoomi Pujan worth Rs 32 crore 31 lakh has been done for a total of 2100 houses.
