Karsan Ghavri on Virat Kohli Rohit Sharma Test Retirement:

On this matter, now former Indian all -rounder Karsan Ghawari has made a similar claim which is making a lot of headlines. In his statement, he has also made serious allegations against the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI).
Karsan Ghawari’s statement
Karsan Ghavri says that Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma were forced to retire from Test cricket. He revealed that the two great batsmen had the ability to play for many more years, but they were sidelined due to the separate thinking of the selectors and the BCCI.
Karsan Ghawari said in an interview, “Virat Kohli could comfortably play for India for two more years. But he was forced to retire. Sadly, when he left Test cricket, he was not even given a farewell match. Such a great player who gave so much to Indian cricket and BCCI, he deserves great Fairwells.”
Virat-Rohit became victims of internal politics of BCCI
Karsan Ghawari further alleged that the board had internal politics behind this decision. According to him, Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma did not decide to quit Test cricket themselves, rather they were “told” that the time has come to move forward. He said, “Rohit Sharma also retired prematurely. He was asked to go. It was not the will of the players, but was the result of selectors and BCCI politics.”
