The woman’s 18-year-old male friend was arrested from his home. He was arrested after the deceased woman’s family members filed a complaint against the man. The family alleged that the teen girl was raped and killed by him. The woman had put up a post on her last social media account hours before her death. In her final post, she had said that her male friend was responsible for her death.

The victim’s sister was quoted as saying by the local media that the man wanted to break up with the girl. “I told him to be patient with her as she was upset. Last night, she said she would be going to a pizza outlet with him. We suspect that he and his friends raped and murdered her,” the woman’s sister alleged. The mother of the victim said that the family searched for her all night. She suspected that the whole crime was being passed off as death by suicide.
