The Bengaluru stampede case has made a new revelation on Sunday. According to the Times of India report, DCP MN Karibasavana Gowda warned the state government on June 4 by writing a letter to the state government.

In this, he said that RCB’s fan following is all over the country. If there is a program at the Chinnaswamy Stadium, then millions of people can reach there. We do not have enough police force, which will make it difficult to make security arrangements.

After this letter surfaced, questions are being raised on the government as to why such a big event was allowed when the danger was already known.

In fact, on June 4, there was a stampede due to a huge crowd outside the Chinnaswamy Stadium, killing 11 people and injuring 75 people.

High Court asked 9 questions to the state government
Who gave permission to Royal Challengers Bangalore to celebrate victory? When and how was this decision taken? Did the organizers take the necessary permission? These are some such questions, which will have to be answered by the Karnataka government in the High Court by June 10.

The bench of Karnataka High Court acting Chief Justice V Kameshwar Rao and Justice CM Joshi on Thursday raised these questions while hearing the writ petition.

Earlier on Friday, four officials of RCB and event management company were arrested. The court has sent everyone to judicial custody for 14 days.
