Besan’s crispy lady finger recipe

People like okra vegetables a lot. In summer, it is the season of ladyfingers, so this vegetable is made in most homes. However, it is not easy to make lady finger. Some people have a very sticky vegetable of lady finger which does not look tasty to eat. If you want to make a crispy lady finger, then try gram flour okra for this. By adding gram flour and some spices, it is prepared as a completely crisp lady finger. If you eat it with dal rice, then it will be fun. Know the recipe for making crispy lady finger with gram flour.

Besan’s crispy lady finger recipe

First step- First of all, wash and clean 250 grams of okra thoroughly and dry it on a paper or towel till the whole water drys up. Now cut the stalk of okra from back and forth and cut it from the middle and cut it into two pieces in the length. Cut all the lady finger like this and prepare it.

Second step- Now put about 2 tablespoons of gram flour over the lady finger. Put the gram flour on the ladyfinger so that the gram flour sticks on the entire lady finger. Put some salt on top. On the other hand, keep the oil in a pan for heating. Oil has to be doubled with normal vegetables.

Third step- Now put 8-10 okra from the gram flour in hot oil. Okle you have to fry you until you are crispy on the high flame. Fry all the lady fry in this way and take it out on a tissue paper.

Fourth step- Put some salt, chaat masala, red chili powder, mango powder on the fryed lady fled. Mix all the things well on lady finger. This will increase the taste of lady finger manifold. Eat crisp lady finger with rice or paratha.
