Bharatpur News Desk, while playing in the courtyard of the house, boiling milk kept on the stove fell on a 13 month old child. Due to this the child got 90 percent burns. The family took him to the hospital. The child died after 2 days. The incident took place in Dantlouthi village of Januthar police station area of Deeg district. The child’s grandfather Manhori told – November 3 was the festival of Bhai Dooj. At 10 in the morning everyone was in the courtyard of the house. 5 kg milk was being heated in a pan on the stove. Mawa (khoya) was to be made from this. 13 month old grandson Karthik reached the pan while playing.
He hit the pan with his hand. Then the pan with boiling milk also fell on the child. Karthik was immediately taken to Kumher Hospital. From where he was referred to RBM Hospital in Bharatpur. The entire body of the child except the mouth was burnt with milk. After 2 days of treatment, he was referred to SMS Hospital in Jaipur on Tuesday. Karthik died on the way from Bharatpur to Jaipur.
