Big decision of Supreme Court, LMV license holders will be able to drive light transport vehicles
New Delhi. The Supreme Court has given an important decision saying that a person holding a driving license of Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) can now drive light transport vehicles weighing up to 7500 kg. The Central Government will give legal form to this decision by amending the Motor Vehicles Act in the winter session.
